Wetland Mitigation Services

Wetland mitigation is typically the creation or restoration of wetlands to compensate for agency-permitted impacts to wetland areas. King & MacGregor Environmental, Inc. (KME) staff members have been involved in the design, construction and post-construction monitoring of more than 200 mitigation wetlands, ranging in size from less than one acre to several hundred acres. KME's staff of biologists, botanists and registered landscape architects work as a team with our clients to create innovative solutions that can meet the requirements of regulatory agencies as well as work within the physical and budgetary constraints of our clients' multi-faceted projects.

KME provides the following services:

  • On-site and off-site mitigation area site selection
  • Hydrologic modeling
  • Wetland functional assessment
